Basic Drone Technology

Drones for residential use is coming to urban communities, soon. And that means that the potential for disturbances to air traffic at Airports, is a very real possibility. The responsible practices for the use Drones, within common air space, needs to be fostered, among potential Drone operators in urban communities. There has already been a significant amount of drone usage that has caused interference and in some cases, the prevention of aerial firefighting efforts, due to the use of low flying drones.

Federal and local municipalities, need policies implemented that address the use of drones in common air space. As well appropriate requisite training in the responsible use of drones, within common air space. (Drone Colleges).

Our training course is a basic overview of Drone Technology Hardware, Software and Enterprise use cases for Drone Technology. The training outlines and gives the student a basic introduction into various workflows, and industry best practices for the use of Drones. Such as in Law Enforcement, Research and Development, Manufacturing, Photography, Land Surveying, Surveillance, as well as with the Military.

The training also highlights the responsibilities associated with safe and considerate use of Drones, that should be employed, within common air spaces. Such as, around the vicinity of “Hartsfield Airport”. These considerations will be examined in the training. The core curriculum also exposes the student to current trends, and the expected growth of the utilization of Drone Technology, globally and locally, and examines some of the Federal and Local legislation and that should be implemented, to accommodate and foster the responsible and safe operation of Drones, in shared “Common Air spaces”.

Such as public airports, public shopping malls, public arena’s, and family dwelling spaces, such as back yards and homes. Several years ago, Drones, (unmanned aircraft), began to become the intelligence collecting tool of choice, by the United States Air Force, and their utilization was expanded to strategically tactical missions, as a result of their stealth capability, and independence of the need of a physical pilot onboard to navigate the aircraft. In the civilian and commercial markets, Drones are soon to be as common an option for the delivery of parcels and consumable goods, as a bicycling currier.

The growth of domestically utilized drones is expected to increase rapidly and exponentially, over the next few years. As their popularity and potential use cases, increases for domestic use in urban communities, as well as manufacturing and imaging utilization increases. This growth has prompted the need for federal legislation to be incorporated, for the proper control of air space etiquette, among drone usage. To promote safety and best practices of the air craft’s, and to ensure the safety of other manned aircraft, sharing the common airspace. The structured format for Training in the responsible use of Drone Technology is necessary at the bare minimum, in the form of informal courseware”.

“Technology Training Centers of Atlanta”, can deliver courseware and instruction, on the responsible utilization of Drones, in common air space, as well as introduce the students to the potential career and or vocational opportunities that exist currently, and that will arise as a result of the growing usages of Drones, in urban communities. “Technology Training Centers of Atlanta” has developed an outline for Drone Technology training, that can be administered to students, in an after school format for youth and day format to adults.
